Twitter targets ads at logged-out users

Twitter Inc said it was testing a feature to show advertising to people who checked Twitter without logging in, to cash in on an additional half a billion people each month. Twitter shares were up 6.9 percent at $25.97 in early trading.

Worst Year For Tech IPOs Since 2009

With just 28 technology companies entering the U.S. public markets, 2015 was the worst year for IPOs since 2009, according to Dealogic. This compares to 62 last year and 48 the year before, with 131 “unicorns” opting to remain private longer.
