首次係英國Cut/轉寬頻同電視供應商,值得記錄一下。第一,佢個固網電話同寬頻,只要上咗新供應商 book 完師傳邊日裝機,本來就已經自動會幫你 cut 舊嗰邊,超方便。

唯一電視要自己提出同埋 Cut,可以用 Email (即係 ChatGPT 寫),然後再用 WhatsApp 同真人客服對身份、確定要 Cut 單,全程唔使打電話、唔使係電話旁邊等到天荒地老,亦唔使歸還任何 set-top box 之類機器。

咁啱下晝同老友傾開「香港真係福地」呢個話題,親身試過之後,至少係 Cut 寬頻呢方面英國應該唔會差過香港,以前自己做過寬頻公司 marketing 都係咁話 😛

You don’t need to make any phone calls, wait endlessly by the phone, or return any set-top boxes or other equipment.

After discussing the topic of “Hong Kong is really a blessed place” with an old friend in the afternoon, I personally tried cutting off the broadband service. At least in terms of cutting off the broadband service, the UK should not be worse than Hong Kong. (though I was once marketing for an HK broadband company before) 😛
