首先，民事變刑事，警察可以跳過版權持有人，直接捉人。 第二，世上什麼東西沒有版權？大部分日常物品都有版權！係街隨手影張相，怎不會攝到一兩件版權作品？ 第三，在facebook或討論區張貼，都會犯法，試問香港有幾多人用facebook？又有幾多人習慣張貼snapshot？ 換言之，修了版權條例，威力已經勁過23條(中咗招，你自己都唔知)，重使咩立23條？？ 香港獨立媒體網就《2011 年版權（修訂）條例草案》之意見書
