he’s a great public speaker in the sense that he’s always highly entertaining and he does put his message across in a subtle way.
i appreciate that it does take someone as candid as him to speak against the politicians.
but don’t be fooled (or distracted). all he’s lobbying in this video is deregulation. Implicitly, or to be more precise, he would like the gov to deregulate as much as possible, including the property agency industry. end of story.
