Pew:Google AI 摘要減低用戶點擊連結意欲

#AGI 根據 Pew Research 最新報告,當 Google 搜尋結果中出現 AI 摘要(AI Overviews)時,用戶點擊連結的機率大幅下降。只有 8% 會點擊傳統結果,點擊 AI 摘要內連結的更少,僅 1%。這現象或對傳統出版商網站流量造成打擊,亦反映人們傾向直接依賴 AI 答案結束搜尋。

Pew’s data reveals that users are significantly less likely to click on links when AI summaries appear in Google search results. Only 8% clicked traditional results, and just 1% clicked links within the AI summary itself—raising serious implications for web traffic and online publishers. People are simply more likely to end their session after seeing the AI output.
