Undercover policemen arrested four taxi drivers for overcharging during a weekend operation in Hong Kong’s Lan Kwai Fong district. One driver, surnamed Tsang, charged a plainclothes officer HK$100 for a 1.4-kilometer trip to De Voeux Road.
