彭定康說，《Highland Cathedral》是他個人最喜歡的管樂歌曲。奏起這首歌，他偕同家人，向港督府作出最後敬禮，然後離開了這個地方，象徵香港正式被大陸收返。

首歌唱的是蘇格蘭，然而歌詞頭兩句，There is a land far from this distant shore，Where heather grows and Highland eagles soar，其實都好襯以前既香港。Right？
