HKUST’s SmartCare startup has launched an AI-driven clinic platform that streamlines triage and generates medical records via speech. After six months of pilot, over 15,000 users benefited, with consultation time cut by 20%. The platform also offers voice-based simulations for medical education, spanning 151 cases and 15 specialties.
