The Innovation and Technology Scholarship Award (ITSA) was jointly established by the Innovation and Technology Commission, HSBC, and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups in 2011. It is awarded annually to 25 outstanding undergraduate students studying science, engineering, technology, medical, or healthcare-related disciplines in local universities.
