Chinese AI startup Z.ai has unveiled GLM-4.5, an open-source model said to be even more cost-efficient than DeepSeek. At half the size and requiring just eight Nvidia H20 chips, the model leverages “agentic AI” to autonomously deconstruct tasks for higher precision.
